After we close, you’ll usually see our contractors on-site almost immediately starting renovations because time is of the essence.
We make the process easy for the seller. There’s usually one walkthrough. If it’s an extensive rehab, perhaps two. Then, we’ll typically conduct a final walkthrough about 24 hours before closing.
If the numbers work for us, we can move fast. If the numbers don’t work, we don’t try to force them to work. We will always be respectful of everyone’s time.
And if we can’t buy your property for whatever reason but know we can help in another way, we will. Whether that means offering a real estate agent referral, commercial broker referral, contractor referral, grant referral, or simply pointing you in the right direction, we don’t mind helping. We receive help from others as well, and we believe in returning the favor.
