$225 Per Property Visit
No retainers. No percentage-based fees. No complicated pricing.
Each standard property visit includes:
- Up to 60 minutes at the property
- Photo and video documentation
- A written progress and property-condition summary
- Documentation of visible concerns, incomplete items, and potential delays
- Comparison of visible progress with the owner-provided scope of work
- Follow-up calls to discuss the findings
- Report delivery within two business days
Additional visits are billed separately at the same flat rate of $225 per visit.
Standard pricing applies to properties within our designated service area. Larger properties, extended visits, emergency requests, specialized reporting, and properties outside the service area may require a customized quote.
You will know the price before we visit—$225. Simple.
Independent Oversight for Property Owners
We represent the owner’s interests. We do not act as the general contractor or direct the contractor’s means, methods, employees, or schedule.
Our role is to observe, document, communicate, and identify potential concerns so the owner can make informed decisions throughout the project.
